Cancellations & Refunds Because of the specialized nature of the Short Term Productions, Production Portfolio, Special Events, Equipment Floater, Event Cancellation, Annual Events, Errors and Omissions, Directors & Officers, Foreign Productions, Movie Boat, Trade Show and Wedding Cancellations Insurance, once a policy has been bound, the coverage becomes non-cancelable. The premiums for the insurance policies are fully earned. Therefore, once the coverage has been ordered, there are no refunds. Annual Policies are subject to minimum earned premiums when cancelled. Return premiums are calculated by the program underwriters. Authorization of Use Film Emporium hereby authorizes any person over the age of 18 to access this website for informational purposes only. Please note that shipping services operate Mon-Fri., excluding major US holidays. Shipping charges will be added to all orders based on product weight and dimensions. Shipments are sent out from our New York location. While it is every intention to ship most goods on a same day basis, it is recommended that you allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. For orders that must go out the same day, we recommend that customers call us at (800) 371-2555 to receive confirmation. Please note that shipping timeframes are calculated from the day the package leaves our warehouse, not from the day the order was placed. Title to merchandise does not pass to purchaser until paid for. Interest will be charged on past due accounts at prime plus 2%, in addition to all legal costs/collection fees in connection therewith. Out-of-Stock Products We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day or by the next business day if your order is received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which may delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. 24 Hour Emergency Service for Film & Tapes Stocks 24 Hour Emergency may be available, based on demand, out of our New York location. This service is limited to new, after hour-emergency film and video tape sales only. Subject to availability. With the declining use of film & tape stocks this service may not operate at all times. General customer service relating to previously placed orders or for insurance is not offered as part this service. Emergency fee and applicable shipping charges will apply. Taxes Film Emporium shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. For purchases shipping outside the United States, you are responsible for any taxes and duties required or imposed by any governmental authorities. Resale certificates and tax exemption forms should be submitted at the time of placing the orders. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Film and tape media items will be replaced if defective in manufacture, labeling, or packaging, or if lost by us.
